Welcome to the Agricola website (www.AgricolaPUD.com or the “Website”), which showcases the Agricola master planned community (the “Project”) which is owned by Bellamy Property Holdings, LLC (the “Landowner” or “Master Developer”). This Website is owned and operated by BTI Bellamy Developer, LLC (“Consultant”), a development consultant for the Landowner. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This written policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is designed to tell you about practices regarding Consultant’s collection, use, and disclosure of information that you may provide via this Website and certain related services. Consultant employs Public Strategy Group, Inc. as its third-party agent/service provider to also be a direct recipient of consumer information such as emails and contact forms for the same purposes as Consultant. For example, we may share personal information with our agents or service providers to send you emails on our behalf.
